One dentist.
Start to finish.
Cleanings, crowns, root canals, extractions, single-tooth implants, Invisalign® — and custom oral appliances for snoring and sleep apnea. Dr. Abbey Dupay handles it in one quiet office, so you're not bounced from specialist to specialist ever again.

The 60-second sleep check
Four questions, answered by you, scored on this page. Nothing you tap leaves your device.
1. Do you snore loudly — loud enough to be heard through a door?
2. Are you often tired or drowsy during the day?
3. Has anyone observed you stop breathing or gasp during sleep?
4. Do you have — or are you being treated for — high blood pressure?
These are the four “STOP” screening questions used in the validated STOP-BANG questionnaire. A screen is not a diagnosis — see the printable full checklist.
Sick of being referred all over town?
You know the routine. One office for the cleaning. A second address for the extraction. A third for the implant. A fourth for the crown that goes on it — and every one of them starts your story from the beginning, with new paperwork, new X-rays, and a new bill.
Dupay Dentistry is built the other way. Dr. Dupay is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists with advanced training across general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry — so the dentist who knows your history is the one doing the work, visit after visit, year after year.
And when something genuinely does call for a specialist — say, a full-mouth reconstruction — she'll tell you that straight, explain exactly why, and stay your home base. That honesty is the whole point of a one-doctor practice.
- Same dentist, every visit. Not a rotating cast of associates.
- Doctor-owned, not chain-owned. Nobody here earns a bonus for selling you treatment.
- Your records live in one place. No re-explaining, no repeat X-rays between offices.
- The dentist who places your implant restores it too — one hand, start to finish.
- Questions answered like a teacher would — because before dental school, she taught third grade.
Snoring? Exhausted? Your dentist may be the fix you haven't tried.
Most people have no idea a dentist can treat obstructive sleep apnea. A custom-fitted oral appliance — worn like a slim night guard — holds your airway open while you sleep. No mask, no hose, no machine humming on the nightstand. It's a recognized first-line treatment for mild to moderate sleep apnea, and an option when CPAP just isn't working for you.
“It had that small town, family dentist feel. Dr. Dupay was gentle and informational and she and her team took immediate care of me.”
“The Dr. even helped save me from needing cosmetic work by adjusting a few things. That saved me $1000's… Definitely come here if you don't already.”
The teacher who became a dentist
Dr. Abbey Dupay grew up in Fort Myers, earned a degree in elementary education, and taught third grade before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University. That road shows in the chair: she explains what's happening, why it matters, and what your options are — in plain English, until it actually makes sense.
She has practiced across Southwest Florida — Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and Auburndale — before putting down roots in Bonita Springs, and holds a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
